Your comments, suggestions and bug reports will get you FREE Credits! Please post any Bugs you find on Voomga’s Mythic Saga Forum in the Report Bug section. When you report Bugs, we reward you with plenty of Credits! (Forums open on May 31st at 5:00 PM)

 

 

 

 

Event Guidelines:

 

Include the following with your Bug Report to claim your FREE Credits.

          

                        Server

Character Name

Character level

Character Class (Assassin, Warrior, Priest, Mage)

Time when you found the bug/issue:

Your last action before encountering the bug/issue:

Description of the Bug/Issue

Screenshot of the Bug/Issue (if possible)

 

Event Rules:

1.    To obtain your rewards, please describe the bug/issue in as much detail as possible. If our staff can’t understand the report then it will not count.

2.    Only 1 submission per Bug, multiple reports on the same bug will not count. (First report gets the Gold)

3.    Use only 1 Forum ID to report the bug/issues found.

4.    GMs will score your Bug Reports.

5.    Bug Reports must be posted in the Mythic Saga Bug Report forum, or they will be not be counted for FREE Credits/Coins. Bug reports that do not follow this format will be deleted. 

After the event, you will get your FREE Credits/Coins according to the number of points you accumulated.

       

            

                                 

 

 

 

 

Point System

Points will be given based on the severity of the bug, so the bigger the bug the more points you get.

Level 7 (1000 Credits): Completely impedes Mythic Saga’s normal operations.

Example: Serious bug that prevents you from testing Mythic Saga. (Software and hardware compatibility issues)

Level 6 (500 Credits):Fatal failure.

Examples: system crash, data loss, error on rewards or experience received

 

Level 5 (500 Coins): Abnormal or missing functions.

Examples: You are unable to use certain functions or quests (ones that have been officially opened)

Level 4 (400 Coins):Abnormal or missing functions.

Examples: regular bugs including getting stuck on a quest, or not receiving any rewards after completing your quest

 

Level 3 (300 Coins): Small bug/issue

Examples: wrong message displayed by a Mythic Saga NPC

Level 2 (200 Coins): Minor bug/issue

Examples: Misspellings, Alignment issues

Level 1 (100 Coins): Other Bugs

You will get your prizes within 7 working days after the end of Closed Beta Testing.

 Notes:

1.    All characters will be deleted after the Closed Beta Test.

2.    Open Beta Test will start on 7^th June.

3.    Voomga reserves the right to interpret the terms of this promo.
