1.      Mythic Saga (SEA) will not load or only partially loads.


A: Please refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache. If it still doesn't work, you should change your browser then.

 

2.      Topped-Up on the wrong Mythic Saga (SEA) Server?


A: You can get your Gold on any Mythic Saga (SEA) server regardless of which server you Topped-Up on.

 

3.      Why did my Relic and Mount Blessedness disappear?


A: The Rank and the Blessedness of your Mount, Wings and Relic will be reset at 3 am every day. Please remember to complete your upgrades before this time.

 

4.      Why cannot I obtain the Wings?


A: When you reach level 41, you will receive a main quest about Wings. But you still need an unbound Feather Orb, which is sold at shop for 30 gold, to complete it.

 

5.      About some time limited events.


A: Some quests are timed events. Please check your quest timer often. If the quest is completed after the time limit, you will not be able to turn in your quest.

 

6.      Why did the main quests disappear?


A: If you cannot find any main line quests on your quest bar, you may not have reached a high enough level to accept the quest. Try completing Ancient Inscription or Loop Quests to promote your level. If you fight alongside your allies, you will also obtain ally experience. This is a good way to level-up.

 

 

7.      What if I cannot complete a Trial?


A: If you find some trials cannot be achieved, try logging in to Mythic Saga (SEA) again. You may also try discarding the quest and reaccepting it.

 

 


8.      What if I cannot login to Mythic Saga (SEA) using Facebook?


A: If you cannot login to Mythic Saga (SEA) using Facebook, please bind your Facebook account to your own Voomga account. You can get your Voomga account at www.Voomga.com.



9.      Why does the system warn that it detected your hack?


A: When your connection speed is not stable, this warning pops up. It means that your browser may be accelerated.


10.  Why was my guild demoted?


      A: When you lack the maintenance fee, your guild will be demoted then. So before you research your guild skills, you should make sure you have enough Guild Funds to support your daily maintenance.


11.  Why didn't I find my gold after Top-UP?

      A: You should withdraw your gold in game first. You'll find a yellow "Withdraw" button at the shop UI. Click it and you'll receive it.


12.  Why cannot I trade some of my items?


      A: The items in Mythic Saga are divided into two types - bound and unbound. Only the unbound items are tradeable, but not all of them. Every item is related to rarity which is not shown in descriptions or statics of that item. The items with low rarity can be traded without limits while those with medium rarity can only be traded at Auction House. But those with high rarity cannot be traded at all.


13. How are the loots distributed when we work on a party?


      A:When on party, dropped loots will be shared by all members and those who require them and roll the highest points will gain that loot.
