Items
Items are consumables, equipment or quest items. There are several categories of each type of item. The category determines the effectiveness and usage restrictions of an item. For example, quest items cannot be thrown away; consumables will disappear after being used. Equipment can be equipped in equipment slots. When you open your inventory, all items except for equipment will become dark, indicating which items can be equipped.
Item categories include 【consumables】: 【books】, 【props】, 【materials】, 【gemstones】; 【equipment】:【weapons, 【armour】, 【accessories】, 【etc.】; 【quest items】 and 【special items】. The following text will explain the purpose and general operation of various items in detail.
Items can be held in bags. One item will occupy one item slot within a bag. Luckily, consumables of the same type can stacked, and the number of consumables per stack will vary by item type.

When your bags are too full, or if you just like to keep them uncluttered, you can always deposit some items at the Warehouse. All items must either be equipped, held in your bags, or stored in the warehouse.
Using Items

There are two way to use items, manual use and automatic use. Manual use refers to right-clicking on the items in the bag slots or warehouse slots. Items in equipment and trade slots cannot be used directly.
Using items allows players to buff their characters with property bonuses and special abilities. Item buffs are only last for a limited time period.
Equipment
Equipment refers to items that can be equipped in equipment slots. Buffs provided by equipment last until the equipment is unequipped.
Obtaining Items
There are many ways to obtain items. For example, players will receive quest items when accepting quests and receive quest rewards when completing quests. Players can also purchase items at NPCs and make items through using skills. A newly acquired item will be put in your bags first empty slot or stacked with an item of the same type (if there is room in the stack). Players cannot put items in a full bag and accept or complete a quest if they cannot receive the quest items. Players also cannot purchase items when their item bag is full.
Discarding Items
Items can be used and traded. Players will receive coins that equivalent to 75% of the item’s original cost by selling items to NPC characters. In addition, some quests will remove items from your bags. For example, a quest for collecting Hemp Grass×10 requires players to turn in 10 Hemp Grass to complete the quest. The quest will only take the requested items out of the player’s bag.
To destroy an item a player simply has to remove it from their bag without equipping it or moving to the warehouse. Finally, trade, mail and auctions will transfer items from one player to another.
Bound Items
Any type of Item can become bound. Different from quest items, which are bound to corresponding quests, bound items can be used and sold normally, but cannot be traded, mailed or auctioned.
The item can be directly bound to the player when the player obtains the item. For example, if a player obtains a skill training book through completing quests, the player can only use it or throw it away, but cannot trade the book with other players. In regard to equipment, players can find certain NPCs to bind equipment. However, the process requires special materials.
